We conduct a specialized training program in self-defence based on the audience and the requirement. The program will be conducted by a professional who will conduct the 1-2 hour session at your location. For this program you will not need any equipment or material just some space depending on the number of attendees. However this can be customized or even clubbed with any of the other offerings as per your requirement.
