Can I Freeze my Hammers Membership Plan?
Yes you can freeze your membership plan; however it will be chargeable at INR 2,000 + 18% GST. Any such facility will be applicable for a period of 30 days. Refer to our terms and conditions to know more about this.
How do I cancel my plan?
Hammers Fitness provides no cancellation under any circumstances once the amount has been paid.
Can I Transfer the plan?
Yes, your membership plan is transferable to another member but will be chargeable at INR 2,500 + 18% applicable GST.
What is the duration of Scheduled Classes?
Each class is scheduled for duration of 60 minutes. See our class schedule to know more.
Can I take a free trial before taking a plan?
Hammers Fitness does not provide an option of a free trial. The trial class is chargeable at INR 400 (inclusive of taxes) which will be adjusted against the membership plan opted for.
What is Personal Training?
Training whereby the patron is assisted by a personal trainer specifically for him/ her. A member receives guidance and assistance to achieve their fitness goals. These trainers are specifically certified and trained to do so.
Is personal training available at Hammers Fitness?
Yes, Hammers Fitness provides an option of choosing personal trainers to achieve specific goals.
Do I have a choice to select my Personal Trainer?
Yes, any member can choose a personal trainer to achieve their desired personal goals. Check our personal training options.
What fitness goals can I work on with my Personal Trainer?
A personal trainer will ensure proper guidance towards achieving health goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, bodybuilding and the like.
What modes of payment are accepted?

Is it safe to pay online?
Yes, with the increased technology and cyber security it has become safe to transfer funds online with ease.
Is EMI option available?
No, Hammers Fitness does not provide an EMI option on the payment of memberships.
How do I get an invoice for the subscription?
In case of online payment, a copy of the invoice will be mailed to the members. In case of payment made at the premises, a hard copy of the same will be shared then and there.
My payment for the hammers membership failed but the amount still got debited from my account?

What is an Orientation Program?
Hammers Fitness conducts a three day Orientation Program for all new patrons of the gym irrespective of the program enrolled into. These three days the members go through a BMI calculation, fitness levels are assessed which helps to lay the plan ahead. They will be given dietary charts to follow.
What are Group Classes?
These are fitness classes designed keeping in mind the aspect of working out in a group as a form of motivating and encouraging each other to achieve their goals.
Do we have Group Classes?
Yes, Hammers Fitness provides complimentary group classes irrespective of the program opted for. All our group classes are scheduled twice a day – Monday through Friday. To get more information look up at group classes .

We give top priority to hygiene; provide clean shower areas along with steam and sauna.
What are the Timings of Hammers Fitness?
Hammers Fitness works from 5:00 am to 11:00pm – Monday to Fridays and 8:00am – 8:00pm – Saturday and Sunday.
